"YUME ROBO", the robot that was caught on at Japan Industry Pavilion at Shanghai Expo 2010 by climbing up and down the 15m height wall. Executive producer Mr.Taichi Sakaiya, Product Designer Mr.Toshiyuki Kita and Muscle Corporation have mobilized available resources from 14 small to midsized companies from Osaka and succeeded in this project.
An integrated AC servo system "COOL MUSCLE2" that has an integrated control function is mounted in "YUME ROBO".
Cool Muscle’s Leading Edge Technology realized the simplification of system, compactification of instrument and extraordinary shortened lead time, 3 months.

COOL MUSCLE 2, “Integrated AC Servo System”, combining a Motor, Encoder, Driver, Controller, PLC Function and Power Supply into one fully integrated package realized complicated motion, such as “3D Transportation System” or “Autonomous, Distributed and Cooperative System” with the simplest system ever by eliminating wirings and saving a space.
